Customer Care Instructions
Our products are 100% handmade, crafted with love using traditional techniques. Slight variations in color, texture, and detailing are natural and add to the uniqueness of each piece. To ensure long-lasting beauty and durability, please follow the care guidelines below:
Footwear Care:
• Avoid water and moisture. Pure leather soles (khussa) and hand-worked uppers can be damaged by water exposure.
• Keep away from direct heat and sunlight to prevent fading, cracking, or drying of leather and fabric.
• Clean gently using a soft, dry cloth. Do not wash, soak, or use harsh chemicals.
• Khussa (pure leather soles): Natural wear is expected. Avoid wet or uneven surfaces to extend sole life.
• Heels & flats with non-slip soles: Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth only.
• Store properly in our brand dust bag and packaging box when not in use. This helps maintain shape and protects the footwear from dust and damage.
• Stuff with soft tissue paper before storing to retain the original shape.
Hand Embellishment & Upper Care:
• Many of our designs feature delicate hand embroidery, beadwork, pearls, stones, and hand detailing.
• Handle with care; avoid pulling, rubbing, or applying pressure on embellished areas.
• Do not brush or scrub handwork to prevent damage.
Potli & Accessories Care:
• Our potli bags are also handcrafted and hand-embellished.
• Avoid overfilling to protect stitching and decorative work.
• Store potlis in the provided brand dust bag and box to keep them safe and maintain their shape.
• Spot clean only with a soft, dry cloth.
General Care Tips:
• Best suited for occasional, festive, and celebratory wear.
• Minor variations are a hallmark of handcrafted products and should not be considered defects.
• With proper care and storage, your handmade pieces will remain beautiful for years.
