Exchange & Return Policy

We use standard EUR sizes to help you choose the perfect fit. However, if you still wish to exchange your pair for a different size, you may return it to the MGS Warehouse in Karachi.

Important Guidelines:

• Exchange requests must be made within 07 days of purchase.
• Items must be returned in their original box and packaging.
• Please clearly mention your desired size and style on the invoice included with the return.
• Exchanges are allowed for the same style only and only in case of size issues.
• We do not offer refunds or order cancellations.

Note:

Customized orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Payment for customized items is required in advance.
